Biggest Loser Kinect Help!

I've been doing 30 minutes on my Biggest Loser kinect game everyday, then all of a sudden last nite it was at 15 minutes. Not sure if my daughter somehow changed the settings somehow, but I've been all over this game, and I cannot find where to change my time settings, nor can I find it in the book that came with the game.
Also, I'm on light exercise, but wanting to move to moderate, and I can't change that either.
Anyone's help would be awesome! thank you!

Do you use the quick play? Usually when you click on quick play and then choose which workout you want to do such as yoga, circut training etc.. at the bottom you can choose target, muscle groups, amount of time, and other options. I dont know if that made sense.0

I don't use quick play, and I found where you can change intensity, and change trainer, but no place to change the time. I guess I could do quick play instead0

If anyone else is ever looking for the answer to this question, you can change how long you workout at the end of the week. After you do weigh in and elimination, you see a screen with your weekly results and weekly score. Then you can select view/edit personal goals, and that is where it will let you change how long you work out for! 0
