Nuts, seeds, fruits, beans, and quinoa.
Really... I snack on nuts and dried fruit constantly. Actually, most of the bulk food section of our grocery store ends up on our pantry.

Fiber Plus bars, Pilgrim's Pride Eat Well Stay Healthy frozen grilled chicken breasts, the little cups of Minute microwaveable brown rice, whole wheat spaghetti, ground turkey, and a mix of veggies!
Those are pretty much a given on any re-stocking trip for us!

Laughing cow cheese and LOTS of veggies to eat with ( I like baby carrots, red bell peppers and zucchini). Almonds, and lots of fruit and fat free cheese. I have to snack a LOT since working out, so I have to keep a lot of healthy snacks

Wow, it's like you live in my house. All of the above here, as well as: amaranth, oats, and other whole grains, soy milk, and cheese!

Plenty of frozen veggies. Boca crumbles and Boca burgers. Frozen bell pepper strips. Saimin noodles (frozen.) Tofu shirataki noodles. Black bean soy sauce. Good curry powders. Apples apples and more apples. Carbmaster yogurt. PB2. Baby carrots. Fresh veggies. Canned low/no sodium black beans, diced tomatoes, pinto beans. Trader Joes organic low sodium chicken broth (I go through a TON of this for soups.) Nugo bars. Lavash wraps or high fiber tortillas. Low fat chicken sausages. Eggs AND egg beaters. Frozen potatoes obrien. fat free pizza sauce. Shredded low fat mozzerella and cheddar (to make pizzas on the lavash.) Decent RF cheese (Kerrygold cheddar current fav.) Some whole grain bread item that's good for a 'bun' and freezes well. Good multi-grain rice mixes. Mccanns quick cooking oatmeal (3 min.) No sugar added diced peach and applesauce single serve cups. And whatever fresh fruit is on sale/sounds good. But no matter what, apples, apples, apples (durable, portable, not very messy. Gotta love 'em.)

Pretty much rarely out of any of those. I need a bigger freezer though.
