I need low carb & sodium, but high cal snacks!

Options
In the midst of rushing around making dinner, I attempted to add my food into MFP. I made the mistake of not adding the extra two slices of bread that I ate in my grilled cheese and tomato soup.

So, now I am over on my sodium and bordering being over on my carbs. AND I still have 275 calories left (and I havnt even exercised yet!)
What am I going to do?! Does anyone have any suggestions for high calorie but low carb/sodium snacks I could eat to finish off the rest of my calories?
