Proportion control good tip!

I have had to stop eating white bread and turn to multi-grain. Not my favorite thing to eat. But, I have found one amazing difference doing so... I get a multi-grain bread loaf that is un-cut, and I cut extremely skinny slices (two slices is the equivalent of 1 regular pre-cut slice). Tonight I was able to have 2 full size sandwiches (I'm stuffed!!) With the bread so thin, you can taste all the other goodies you put in it (which is less than normal too) Just wanted to share something that is helping me along.
