Activity Level?

Mine is currently set to sedentary. I am doing at least 30-60 minutes of cardio every day. I'm not going over my calories, and not really losing weight. Should I try setting it to lightly active and see if I start losing again?

your activity level should be based on your lifestyle not your exercise. That's how the system figures out your calorie needs.

I would. Make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories/day--when I'm exercising & not eating at least 1200--I don't really see as much weight loss.

What is the rest of your day like besides the workouts you do? Do you work? What kind of job do you do? If you work mostly at a desk I'd keep it at Sedentary.

I always manage to net 1200, that is why it is so frustrating,

I weigh my food like I'm supposed to, and make relatively good choices, yet I'm not losing. I just got myself a Polar FT4 as a graduation gift and found out that I'm burning more than I thought I was, so I am most likely in starvation mode at the moment. Blech.

I'm a homemaker, I was a student. That was why it was set at sedentary, I guess I am just getting discouraged because I'm following the rules and not really getting anywhere.

I've been hovering around the 200-205 range for almost a month now.
