today I had an amazing non scale victory! I was looking for a white dress, I went to grab the size large knowing it was going to be too big but I really liked the dress. The only other side was an xs! 
So I grabbed them both and the large was too big and wait for it.... The xs fit! I about died! I didn't buy the dress because I didn't love it but it DID fit and it DID look good! Granted I still have a ways to go but it made me feel very happy!!
