Yay for Dodgeball!

A couple months ago I started playing dodgeball for 2 hours once a week. Around that same time I was good for about 10 minutes on the elliptical (and then thought I was going to die!). When I started dodgeball I stayed at the back and as the weeks went on I noticed I was running more and playing harder. So today I tried the elliptical again after a couple months and went hard for 30 minutes and could have gone longer but ran out of time. Oh my goodness, I can't even believe how excited I am! Ha ha.
