Hi everyone!
i am an ex gymnast that let all my muscle turn into fat, i am currently 135 lbs and am looking to lose about 8pounds! I have been eating 1200 calories a day, and excersising at least 5 times a week cardio and weight training but i still cant seem to see any results.
cause of this im finding it so hard to keep motivated and sometimes binge out on junk food. im trying so hard to eat healthily but i love love love fast food and chocolate! is it okay to eat these in moderation? or do i have to completely cut them out because i feel like this is what is holding me back.
im going on an overseas trip in about 6 weeks and really want to loose some weight by then. Any tips on speeding up the process?

Welcome! I'm trying to loose a few extra pounds too before going on an overseas trip. This has really helped me become more aware of what I"m eating and if I'm actually burning more calories than I'm consuming. Good luck!0

The #1 best thing is to make sure you are burning more calories then you are eating. You will never see any results if you don't do this... GOOD LUCK!!0
