crappy deal!!!! ok so i have eaten pretty much all day
hardboiled egg for breakfast
lunch i had cottage cheese with 2 fresh peaches and an all bran bar
dinner i had 2 cups of spaghetti squash and 1 cup pasta sauce.....
what i still have 677 calories left!!!! and that isnt even including the 700 exercise calories i have from zumba today.....
how am i gonna eat almost 1400 calories before bed??? maybe im making up for the crappy junk day i had 2 days ago lol

I make a fruit smoothie (use what fruit you like)
cup of fresh fruit (I like berries or bananas)
2 oz water
2 oz egg beaters
ice
1 Tbsp vanilla
You don't get a ton of calories here, but you could add milk instead of water and even double the quantities. It always leaves me feeling satisfied and energized. Nice PM treat too...0 -
thats a good idea ill make a smoothie tonight before i go to bed!!! probably wont make up 1400 calories .... oh well ill just keep my metabolism guessing lol:laugh:0

I have that same problem when I do Zumba also. My class is 7 pm so of course I get home and I dont want to eat. I am going to have to plan on that ahead of time.

I keep a box of frozen real fruit bars in the freezer. I'm only allowed to have them if I'm short on calories.
2 little bars are 100 cal, but they are soooo good.0 -
