Hey everyone!
I'm a Licensed Veterinary Technician, and during my work day (typically from 7:30 am to 5 pm or so ) I'm standing on my feet and moving - lifting dogs on and off tables and generally running around like a chicken with my head cut off
I'm curious as to how to log this in my exercise journal...or should it even count?
Thanks!

You shouldn't log it. Instead set your activity level accordingly.0

Set in your profile under your "settings" then "diet and fitness profile" and then level of daily activity. If I were you, I'd probably pick active vs. very active - but up to you!0

I am a vet tech also! I have my activity level in the settings as active and figure that accounts for all of the work I do in a day!0
