I have lost 68 pounds as of two weeks ago. I only go by my doctors scale for an accurate weigh in. I see my doctor monthly for a check up, I had some irregular blood work and high blood sugar so we are monitoring those things. Everything is much better, but until I lose the rest of my weight I will continue to see him. My insurance is allowing me to pay just the co-pay, so that is nice. I feel better than I have in years, and I am smaller than I was twenty years ago. My husband loves my new slender body, he calls me "slim" which I just love.

I have been praying to God that He would continue to give me strength to work out, eating is not such an issue. I keep my food logged and have purposely eaten bad a couple of times so I don't get burn out. Have not gained anything back I have continued to lose, but my skin is not what it was twenty years ago and is not attractive. I have notice that for a while my neck was kind of loose and now it seems to be tightening which is great.

I hope that all of you are being able to stick with this lifestyle change and that you will be able to maintain once you reach your goals. I know that is my biggest concern, to maintain.

    Welcome and good luck. Remember you are in control of what you put in your mouth. You should not worry about maintaining. You have control what goes in you and if you want it you will continue.

    Thank you! I just downloaded photos of me a year ago and well frankly I was just sick. I don't know that I realize just how I looked. I am more motivated than ever now. Thank you for your enncouraging words.
