Does the Calorie amount adjust

As you lose weight does the calorie intake amount adjust? And how much weight do you need to lose before the adjustment happens?

it depens on man or woman, height, weight and excercise. Keep up the good work!0

Yes it does adjust. You can adjust each time you weigh in, or it will prompt you when you loose 10lbs incriments.0

Its been awhile since mine changed itself but I think it was after I had lost more than 10lbs but I could be wrong.
Since that time I've changed mine manually as I started wanting to lose 2lb a week and now I'd be happy with 1lb a week.
I found that the calorie deficit at 2lb per week was too much.0 -
I believe when you "weigh in" on MFP if you have lost 10 lbs. it will ask you to readjust your goals.0

Unless you are already at 1200 cals (minimum) then it doesnt readjust
At least it didnt mine.0
