my first nsv! and a scale victory too!

Last night I got my first non-scale victory (and it couldn't have come at a better time). My fiance looked at me and said "it looks smaller" (my stomach) and then "yeah I think you're getting smaller." :) hooooray! I've been thinking that the last few days I FEEL smaller...even if it's just not as bloated as I normally am with all my bad food choices.

This morning, my weekly weigh-in, I was 197.0. Up 0.2 from last week, so basically no change. But the real victory is that it was my second weigh-in UNDER 200! So now I feel that I can officially say I am in ONEDERLAND for SURE!!!

:) So excited.
