Broken hand.. resistance training help D:

so, my hand has been broken for about 3 weeks and i still have 5~ weeks of recovery time, thats if i don't need surgery.
but i can see my muscle just fading away and I have no idea what to do. ): i can't really do anything with weights and my mind is about that limited.
anything like squats/crunches/ something that can help me using my own body weight? )x and does anyone have like, a program using these? that i can do everyday or every other day? at this point i'm just going to try and maintain before i start to lose my flat little belleh.

i need suggestions, thanks.. <3
