A newbie needing friends and inspiration

I'm the definition of yo yo dieting. I will lose 10lbs gain 15lbs, lose 30 gain 35. I'm at a point where it has to stop. I'm back at the weight where I said I will never go back to. I joined myfitnesspal so I can see what I'm eating and get some support. Hopefully it works!

    I have been here for about a week or two and love what I see. I like being able to see my bad food choices and my actual excersise goals. I have actually increased my exercising and began making wiser eating choices. I enjoy meeting new people who are in the same boat as me and supporting each other.
