Good morning, everyone! Just had to share my weight loss news. Today, I have officially dropped 30lbs. Yes, THIRTY! Jan 17 this year, at 5'7", I was 177 lbs. 38,38,42 and not active. Today I am 147 lbs. 36,30,36, can run a 7 1/2 minute mile and 6 miles consecutively.

    Awesome job!!!!! That's amazing! How did you start running. Did you start with a walk/jog interval??? I would love to be able to run.

    wow.. that is amazing.. can you share your secret with me.. on how to get there.. because i'm struggling.. i know it's "diet" .. i just have to get a handle on my weekend eating.. HELP!

    and aweomse job on the numbers on your body as well as running!!! I have taken up running too.. although i'm not where near that time.. i'm doing 9 min miles and feeling pretty good about that... but need to pick it up!!!

    Thanks everyone! I started losing weight feeling uncertain of if I could do it, but creating good habits and not giving up paid off. I do have more energy and feel better. To those running, don't be discouraged by your run times... No matter what the pace, run knowing that you are doing something wonderful for your body, your health and the health of those around you (you will be inspiring to others!) :)
