oh yeah and my word of advice is to stay away from canned soup.... I had a low fat canned soup for my dinner and it was over my allowance of sodium for the day alone... wow!0

I love and adore McCormick's Old Bay seasoning! It's fabulous on everything, but I especially love it on baked potatoes.0

Old Bay is awesome on anything from salads to eggs, I also use alot of "meat rubs" most are just spices without the salt and they kick my flavor buds into over drive another is just ground cayenne pepper a little miced in goes a long yummy way. :bigsmile:0

YES and hopefully you can get something similar whre you are!! I use a herb blend by A.Vogal called Herbamare original. It is an organic blend of herbs and vegetables with sea salt and added iodine and tastes lovely but I'm in Australia :-( Have a look in healthfood shops or the health foods aisle in your supermarket.0
