Body by Vi Users - Advice

For you Body by Vi users, I need a suggestion. I LOVE my morning coffee but unforunately the non fat creamer has too much sugar and the sugar free creamer has too much fat and BOTH have too many calories (I like about 8 tbs in 16oz of coffee) Is there a good substitute that is sugar free, low fat and low calories? I tried the BBV shake mix and it was NASTY in coffee. HELP!!!!

Any other advice, this is my first week and so far, I've lost 1lb...is that normal? My neighbor lost 6 her first week. :(

    Are you looking for flavor? If so try the Torani syrup. You can get sugar free and I believe it is 0 calories or very little calories.

    If you are doing the shakes here is a recipe

    Cafe Latte

    2 scoops vi-shape shake mix
    1/2-1 tsp instant coffee or 8-10oz cold coffee
    8-10oz. non fat or soy milk
    4-6 ice cubes

    There is also a chai latte recipe but I can't seem to find it right now.
