Cookies?

I have been in a baking mood lately...one that REFUSES to go away. My lovely roommate will be coming home from a wedding in Indiana and I would love to surprise her with some homemade cookies. Problem? What I REALLY want is some highly fattening gooey delicious cookies, but I WILL NOT allow myself to do this. Any suggestions that will satisfy my sweet tooth, keep my baking hands busy and not throw the two of us completely off track?

What about some Black bean brownies? I just saw a post on these and read that they are delicious and rich!0

I did a search online for healthy cookie recipes and came across this link. http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes_menus/collections/healthy_cookie_recipes
My advice is to try and made a half batch. If possible only cook up 2 cookies per person and freeze the rest of the dough in individual portions for another treat day, or take any leftovers to work and inflict the calories on your coworkers!
I think cookies sould be enjoyed at full flavor. Moderation in the key. Maybe take an extra long walk that day to help account for the extra calories. Good luck and happy baking!0
