Extra Calories

When you get the extra calories for working out, do you have to have them?

    I think it may depend on where you are in your journey. Just make sure you net at least 1200 calories. 500 are already deducted on MFP. I lost my first chunk of weight not eating them back, but stalled for a year. Right now I am eating them back...to be continued. :-)
