Breakfast

I normally have just an apple for breakfast and I don't get hungry until lunch at about 12:30. But when I do eat breakfast, like today I had cereal with milk and coffee, I was starving at like 9:00! Everyone always says people who eat breakfast of cereal have a more balanced weight so I don't know what to do!

    Add some protein and high fiber in there and see if it works. If I had an apple for breakfast I would be dying of hunger. Breakfast gets me out of bed! :-) Egg white omelet? High fiber cereal? Greek yogurt? See if that helps! :-)

    I'm starving before lunch if I don't eat protein for breakfast.
    Despite the cholesterol, I have two eggs and some goats milk cheese for breakfast. Fills me up till noon.
