How many "logged" calories do you burn a day?

I was just curious to see what others have to say. I try to burn 500 "logged" calories a day. This is usually done on a treadmill. I don't know why 500 sticks with me so much, but that has been my goal for quite some time.

Being that I have 3 kids ages 4 and under, I don't have time to just lay around the rest of the day. I am still slowing loosing, but wanted others imput. I don't log every litlte thing I do ie: pulling weeds, walking to the mail box etc. Do I need to work out more? Less? What do you do?

Here are some stats:

Height 5'9
CW 194.4(as of this am)
SW 246.2
GW 177(by 12/11)

I tend to average about 400 a day probably. Some days I do about 1000. Some days I take off. Others are in between.

I've set a goal for 400-500... I do my best to burn 700+ a day - I don't "workout" on the weekends because I focus on the kids instead - but I know I burn chasing and playing with them - :)

Elliptical and P90X are my torture devices LOL

I do 800-1300 a day everday. I think whatever you feel comfortable doing will be good.

I average 1000 calories a day currently. But I've worked out for many years so when I'm trying to lose, I have to bump it up from 45 minutes a day to about 90.
