About 2 weeks ago I think it was, I upped my cals to 1400. Since then I have been eating between 1600-2000. But my weight is still going down. I have not been working out or drinking my water... so maybe I am losing muscle mass, maybe I am becoming dehydrated (dont know if that helps haha)? Before when I was eating between 1200-1300 cals a day, if I went up to 1600-2000 I would gain instantly... I dont understand whats going on.

I think you answered your own question. 1400 is still in the losing category. I am at 1300-1400 without any exercise at all and losing 1 pound a week or so.
maybe your body needed a break from dieting? You do need to drink your water tho, for health purposes.

Yes but Ive been eating over for about two weeks. Ive been eating between 1600-2000cals a day.. Which is about my "maintaining" daily amount..
Well I guess it doesnt matter haha as long as im losing weight... I am going to exercise again and will drink my water again... Goodness me haha0 -
maybe your metabolism has increased due to your prior exercise and weight loss?
and now I MUST ask
why is you off yo diet?:smooched:0 -
I dont know haha Ever since I got back from my week long "vacation" I havent been exercising or eating right... and that was almost 3 weeks ago! :grumble: Tomorrow I am starting over again. Its so hard to get back into exercising even though I LOVE it so much *sigh*0
