I have a
Carb: 50%
Protein: 30%
Fat: 20%
I eat within the recommended calorie intake for women, and even do my best to eat my exercise calories. I workout 3-4x per week an hour a day. I journal every single day. I have journaled since last August and so far to date, have lost 55lbs., my goal is to lose another 30lbs.
I go over my fat allowance by 11grams sometimes, yet eat everything else the same. Will eating a few grams of fat over the norm, will that hinder my weight loss goals?

Actually a better range would be 40-protein, 30-carbs, and 30-fat.0

The "golden ratio" is 45-30-25. So I don't think going over that amount will hinder your loss. Especially if you are eating good fats like found in avocados and nuts.0
