NSV!

along with my SV this week (almost half way there!) I also had an AMAZING NSV! last night I threw away ALL of my spanx! ladies- I am sure you know what I am talking about- those horrible undergarments that suck in your fat and squeeze you unconfortably. Sure, they smooth you out and make you look smaller, but who wants to rely on them forever??? (plus in the summer I always felt like it was 100% in those things).
So I tried on my skinny pants (the ones that previously gave me HORRIBLE muffin top and could only be worn with big baggy sweaters/ tee shirts W/O spanxs and they looked great! no spanks needed! plus I was wearing a fitted shirt!
Just thought I would share what an amazing feeling it was to throw them away- good luck to you all!
