Flatout Wrap

I use half a flatout to make a hamburger. I add lots of lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, and a little dressing. It's juicy, messy, and tastes like the real thing with only 9 g carb in the "bread".0

I love them with homemade guacamole, a little shredded fat free cheese (or 2%), bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, green) and red onions rolled up as I'm running out the door in the morning ~ gives me enough energy to hit the gym after dropping the kids off at school in the morning.
They are a great alternative to bread, and they travel well! I also love them with hummus, cucumber, diced tomato, (a little) feta, with a squeeze of lemon on top ~ YUM!0 -
