Brand new...and determined

Hello!!!
Well, after yesterday's appointment with my new PCP, I know that I had BETTER make some changes. My BP, unknown to me was "dangerously" high and I weigh more now than I ever had in my life. My doctor made some recommendations and I'm going to try hard to keep up with them!
This weeks goals are to walk for 15 minutes 3-5 times this week and cut out ALL soft drinks!
I'm excited to have found this site. I hope it helps to keep me motivated.
To quote my doctor, I'm "too young to be feeling" the way I do! :bigsmile:
