BodyBugg upload

This is day 2 of using my bodybugg. I need to know how often everyone uploads their information into the program. I think that maybe its still a "new toy" and I want to upload all the time, just to see how I'm doing. Any suggestions?

    :happy: I usually upload 1-2 times a day. Mostly once but if I am wondering if I'm htting my goal I will go ahead and upload again after I exercise.

    ETA: Or if I'm starting a new workout program, I'll check the calories burned during that time frame to enter on MFP.

    It motivates me more to see how many calories I've actually burned off.

    I just got mine today. Waiting for it to charge. How do you put in your food? Do you duplicate what you put in on here? Is there an easier way?

    I copy my food from here. If they don't have what I'm looking for I add it just like on here. Once you've put in there it will always be there for you to use. I'm a creature of habit and often eat the same things over and over...lol.

    I have the digital display watch so I only download like once a week. I love getting the instant feedback, and I think I'm addicted!! Let me put it this way. If it broke, I would replace it in a heart beat.

    As far as logging the food goes, I only log on MFP because their database is so wonderful. On the Bodybugg site, you can just do one entry at the end of the day saying your total calorie count. That way you're not duplicating your efforts.
