Hiya, I've been using MFP a little while now but haven't introduced myself yet, rather rude really! Anyway, I'm a History student going into my third year in Sept after a year off to have my now 5-and-a-half-month daughter Emily. Life is pretty stressful with a LO, degree and moving house soon and it's difficult to find time to exercise but I'm doing alright. I've lost a stone already and have 2 more to get to my goal of 11 stone. Healthy BMI for my height is 11.6 so this will be a bit within that.
Have sort of plateued atm but I think that's because I went through a phase of not eating enough, and expecting too much at once...basically being impatient. I've also started running quite a lot so it could be muscle growth. Anyway, I've started to make sure I eat 1,300-1,500 per day and I'm aiming to lose a lb a week instead of 2lb. I want to be slim right now, but I know that slow and steady is the best way to do it.
