new to MFP

Started losing weight around mid March because of high blood pressure. I've lost 27 lbs and my blood pressure is normal. I've also started 2 new hobbies, geocaching (if you don't know what that is Google it. It's awesome.) and bicycling (I'm fortunate to live in an area where everything is a bike ride away to include the local YMCA). I need to lose 10 more pounds and I then will be at my ideal weight. I know the final 10 lbs will be very difficult. so I looked up fitness apps and here I am. Just started using MFP via iPod last month. This is my first time on the website.
