                    Hi!
I´ve been in MFP for about a month, last time I update my weight (loose 3 lb+-) there was a MFP message that asked me if I want to recalculate my calories or if It does the next time I losse 2 lb more. What is this about?
Thanks!

You weigh less now, you don't need as many claories so it wants to adjust them!0

it recalculates based on your weight and how much you need to eat to lose x amount of lbs. i never recalc. not until i want to maintain
ps- doesnt mean im right, its just the way i do it!0

When I started here I could eat 1800 calories. Now that my weight has went down the 35 pounds, Im at 1610 calories. I go into my settings and update my caloric need everytime I loose a pound or two (for some reason it doesnt adjust even though I tell it to when that message pops up)0
