my daily calories are set for 1200 and i struggle most of the time to eat that many:sad: so do i have to eat the calories i have earned through exercise???? and will i find it harder to lose weight if i dont eat enough??:brokenheart:

The weight loss does seem to come off quicker for me if I'm eating more. Try adding in possibly a protein shake to your daily diet. I use unsweetened almond milk, frozen berries and 1 scoop of protein powder. I throw it all in a blender but you can add whatever fruit you prefer. That will give you added calories and it's delicious:)0
