Food for hydratiion!

Listened to a great article on the radio yesterday. A gret source of water, for hydration and you can eat the container!! Any guesses?

The humble cucumber!! 98% water!! Dont quite know where I would put it while i was running a 10 mile run though!! Any suggestions?
