So i totally fudged up and ate two slices of hawaiian pizza from pappa murphys:( i feel terrible. What exercises can i do at home?

    Anything that gets your heart rate up a bit or gets you moving.
    I have gone up and down my stairs, walked around a path in my house if it is dark out, jumping jacks, jog in place. Exercise is exericse if you just need to move.
    I know my On Demand service on cable has a fitness section so I use those workouts which are free.

    Stair climbing is awesome! I do that when I'm going to have a high calorie meal or I have had one earlier in the day.

    same! i just ate 2 slices of pepperoni pizza :( so I'm gonna go on my stepper in a minute. do some cardio, anything to raise your heart rate.
