mainly looking an addition, maybe to dinner or afternoon snack that doesnt have fat, sugar, or a ton of salt; and is a natural/clean food (unprocessed); that is 168calories (adding a veggie would only fill maybe 30calories, and i want something to fill at least 100 calories so im closer to my goal.)

I dont care about carbs (im 40g under right now), protein I dont think it matters that im over (by 20g).

You could add a small baked potato for around that. Or you could do a serving of oatmeal, though I can't imagine that without at least some fruit which would have sugar.

A Very lean big piece of meat? No fat or Sugar kind of killed it for me, couldn't think of anything besides a bunch of veggies.

How about a vanilla protein smoothie mixed with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk?
    Protein powder=103 calories
almond milk (1 cup) 40 calories
add a little extra almond milk to get to your number, the protein powder I use is sweetened with Stevia (no sugar)

I had a large golden delicious apple today to stave off the hunger pangs until dinner. It was 118 calories, filling and yummy!

    Greek yogurt.

I love Dave's killer low fat bread with a schmear of hummus if you're not too fussy with carbs.

apples: sugar (im at 112g of sugar out of 32).
walnuts: fat (maxed out; dont want to go over)
mayo: processed food/fattening.. (again, dont want to go over fat, and no processed foods.)
