Valentine's Day Fitness Challenge Anyone?

Sounds like a good idea. My goal is to lose 11 lbs. to reach my weight when I met my wife. Currently I'm at 186 and I want to get down to 175.
My goal for New Years Day was actually 185 (down from 208) so I only missed that goal by 1 lb. (which is fine with me, since I lost over 20 lbs. since October.

I would like to join this challenge. I know I'm a bit late, but better late than never. I am committed to ditching the sugar completely (major addict). I am also going to stay within my 1200 calorie budget. I also commit to work out cardio 4x per week and strength training 2x per week.
My goal is to lose 8 pounds by V-Day.
