Weight Gain

Sigh. Weight gain. I gained a bit. I will rewind you to a year ago - I was 166. I lost weight till I was 151. Then, I joined MFP and got down to 136! And then you guessed it...

My cat died. I got fired from a job after two days. I graduated from college. Lots of change went on in my life the past two months and I haven't been the best at tracking. I now weight 140.

Now I have a new and awesome job I know will work out great. I am trying to get back on track and back into the mode of weight loss. I have tracked most days this week but to lose the weight I need to track everyday!! Advice for someone who's gone through too much trauma this last month? I want the weight gone and down to 125! :) 15 pounds to go.
