i have a cold, sore throat and my tummy hurts. gonna try and tough it out today. if i feel sick tomorrow i'll call in sick. yuck!

    yes i DID!!! i also lost 2 pounds last week lol.

    cool thing is i feel like crap today, so no worries about going over the calories. i really think this weekend was the worst of it... weekends are always the worst, but i don't have another one for 5 days, so i should have alot of good days under my belt by then!

    i'm sipping tea wich is helping the sore throat and tummy. i'm not really working, i'm just here for show.

    I don't know if it was power of suggestion, or what, but I have a splitting headache and feel a sore throat coming on! Argh! So I took my own advice, and got into my jammies, and am about to curl up on the couch with Oprah and a mint tea. Hope you are feeling better soon!

    I just worked out anyway. I figured I may be too sick tomorrow.

    Welcome to fall. Everyone at work is that way. I have started taking Airborn. It works and use extra wet wipes and hand sanitizer now. When the weather changes, so do our bodies.

    I hope you feel better soon, Try to rest and dring a ton of water or juice.
