Hi Everyone!
At the end of the day, my sugar intake is always over my daily requirements. Should I be concerned? Most of the sugar comes from natural sources, such as fruit.

I don't think so. I tend to have the same issue. I keep my body fat right around 18% and I'm a personal trainer, but I'm not a nutritionist so someone else may be able to answer this better. I know that sugars found in fruit and other natural sources have a lower glycemic index...they function more like a complex carb compared to white table sugar. So I think they're detrimental effects are much less than if all you sugar was coming from, say, a Twinkie,0

I have the same problem.
But most of my sugar is from fruit or lowfat yogurt, so I'm not sure if I should really be worried or not, cause it's not like I'm sitting around eating cookies all day lol0 -
I don't think anyone keeps it under on a daily basis. It's really dang hard to.0

My sugar is always over, but I don't worry at all as it is coming from natural sources.0
