Im new and trying to figure all this out

Just found out about this site on babycenter today and thought I would check you all out.
I guess to start withI would like to say Im a stay at home mom and need to get some sort of plan for excersise in my routine
What do you suggest as fars as how long and how often?I need to lose atleast 17 lbs.Please help:smile:
