I am on Day 3 of Zig-Zagging. My 1796 calorie day. UGH. This was super rough to even eat this many calories and I am really not sure this is going to work at all. I have read soooo many posts on here about it working for others so I keep trying to remind myself of this, but if I have one more week of nothing happening I really don't know how I'm going to find the mental strength to continue with this. I was continuously losing for the first 8 weeks or so and have been stuck at the same number now for 2-3 weeks. Maybe right now I just need some support, I don't know. Having a blah day/moment. :)

I hear ya on the stuck part. I thought about zig-zagging and have the numbers but my numbers are usually all over the place anyway. I'm trying to add strength training to my cardio to see if that helps. Good luck! I totally hear ya!

Don't give up after a week!! You've got to give it a couple weeks to shake your body up and get it working again!!

Zig Zagging is more specific than just having your numbers all over. You're specifically triggering responses from your body in order to trick it into burning more fat than it wants to. Sometimes people get lucky by just eating randomly...but there's a tried and true pattern (a couple actually)...and sticking to one of them usually gives better results than just eating random calories a day =D.

    Just sayin!

I'm happy to see those words in black and white. I'll stick with it and stay positive! Thanks.
