Every time I do a work out that is just beyond my comfort zone I get sick to my stomach. It only happens when I do something that I reeeeeally have to force myself to finish.. like the 30 day shred (I've only done it 4 times). If I stay right at my comfort level, for example, 3 or 4 mph on the treadmill.. I can go as long as I want without getting ill. I tried eating before.. I tried not eating before.. I try to stay hydrated. What gives?! Please help. I still have 948 calories left today that I don't think I'll be able to eat bc of my nausea. I don't wanna end up starving myself.

your body is waking up. It is good you are getting out of your comfort zone. you will get stronger. when the people on the biggest loser start working out and eating right, yousee they often get sick after cardio. Their body is changing, starting to reject all the bad toxins in your body. eat a lot of fresh foods to detox your body w/o fasting. start small, you will win big0
