I have a question again...

OK - Is it ok to really go over your calorie limit one day if you ONLY do it like.... once a week, or even once in two weeks? I did not expect my food to be sooooo many calories today where I went, and I'm afraid it might mess me up, but today was my weigh in day and I have already weighed in. If I work normally and eat normally like I have been the rest of the weeks, will it affect me a lot or just a little bit? I'm kinda worried...

I don't think that overeating one day will ruin the rest of your weight loss. You already ate, what's done is done... there's no point worrying about it! Everyone has those days... don't sweat the small stuff. Just be more aware and move on.
Next time you go out, try to look up a menu ahead of time so you can know how many calories are going to be in whatever it is you want to eat. And if there are an obscene amount of calories, cut the meal in half and take the rest home with you! You'll save money AND calories!0
