So...I have a six pack!
It is hidden from easy view by some extra skin (pregnancy twice over means extra skin...stupid skin. It IS getting better though.) but it is THERE and I can feel each muscle all by itself. I can feel it when laughing etc too.
I haven't had abs in about 6 years now so this is super exciting for me especially since I am not really going to lose any weight as I am already a "healthy" weight.
