So, this might sound pretty lame to most people but I am so proud of it!!
I've been trying to get my protein up so hopefully I can build some muscle and get some definition, and just be a little healthier :P
I usually don't even get half but today I got all of it! (:
I love having a scale, it means I can eat meat a little more often(:

Thought I'd share :P

good job on getting that protein in! NSVs are what's important to you, it doesn't matter if it's a small thing to someone else ;) It's good celebrate your accomplishments.

Great job! Hey, it's not stupid! Any victory we come across is something to be savored! Thanks for sharing!

I don't have a protein goal, but every time I see someone hit a victory, it helps me dredge up some extra determination if I'm running low. Thanks so much for sharing!

Yay! It's always those little goals that make big differences! I always have a protein shake after every run or workout, and eat a lot more nuts, and have felt so much more rejuvenated, even with harder workouts. Good for you!!
