Has anyone ever tried the ab circle pro? any results?

    Save your money. Find the people on this website with lean bodies and visible abs. Ask them what gadgets they use for their abs. I guarantee you most, if not all, will tell you "none". I also guarantee you that many don't even do specific ab exercises, as most of the general exercises we do engage the core as a side effect.

    That's $100 you could better spend on healthy food, books, dumbbells, etc.

    My boyfriend's younger sister had one and I used it a couple times.
    We literally nearly killed ourselves trying to use it.
    We all kept falling off.
    We saw no results.
    Didn't even fell that soreness that a person usually gets from crunches or some other ab workout.
    Save your money.
    Don't buy one.
