hey I was wondering exactly where I lost those 22lbs from

I was really getting frustrated because I had lost 22lbs, but I had only lost 1 pant size. :P I knew the weight was correct because I am doing weight checks with my dr 1x a month. I did notice that I needed to get bras one band size smaller, but still felt kinda dissapointed. Well I snapped a pic of me and my little guy yesterday and HOLY COW. I think I lost the entire 22lbs out of my face, neck and arms! Check it out!

    Wow you look great!!! I hope that I can see such a change in myself when I lose 22 lbs! I have only lost 5.... and I can't see any change as of yet... but its only been a week and a half lol. Good job! Keep up the good work! And your kids are adorable! They are worth it, so don't give up!

    I had really started to feel disenchanted as I moved towards the 3 mark and starting to get sloppy about logging my intake. I was still slowing dropping, but not feeling the fire about losing. But I definitely feel recharged by actually have some photodocumentation of progress. :)

    But interestingly, I had put on the majority my weight in about hte last year and a half with my little guy's health issues, that when I look at the top picture, I think... "I dont know who that is, but its not me." And then in my second pic, I think, "Hey that;s me... I wondered where I had been!" LOL

    It is a little frustrating that you can't control where you lose first! :P I've noticed I lose in my waist and thighs- my arms and calves hardly slim down! You look great though! :)

    Great job! I think it works it's way down. Seriously, when I started to lose weight it seemed like my face and neck got slimmer first. Pictures tell the real story..
