I bought a $10 pedometer yesterday from Target and I was just wondering if that was more accurate than what this website thinks you burn in calories. For example, I did the Live Zumba and the Zumba toning tonight and the pedometer said I burned 352.4 calories. (Actually it says kcal [not sure what that means]). But this website would say much higher.
Thoughts?

Is it a pedometer or a HRM?
Either way, unless it has a chest strap and you entered all your personal data.. plus what you paid. I wouldn't think that it is that accurate.
I could be wrong though... if anything, I wouldn't eat back all those calories.0 -
That's kinda my thought too. I guess I'll just to invest in a good one. Thanks!0
