It means Non Scale Victory.Such as clothes fitting better, gave up something that you shouldn't have etc.

Non-scale victories. NSV. For example, one recent one I had is when I had to buy new jeans 3 sizes smaller because of the weight I lost. I was freaking out in the dressing room!
