Charleston's Nutrition Info

I'm going to Charleston's for lunch tomorrow and I can't find their nutrition info anywhere online. I want to make a good choice but their menu is tripping me up a bit. How many calories do you think are in a salmon caesar salad? Not sure what to order, but that sounded good. If you know where to get the nutrition info, let me know! Thanks!

    If I cannot find the specific nutritonal info a specific restaurant I will enter the meal in and see what comes up...ie tonight I had veggie quesadillas tongiht from Pepe's but they don't have online nutritional info...so I just entered veggie quesadilla and picked one that matched what I was eating...if that won't work...I load each ingredient...for a salad you should be able to manage...greens, salmon , ceasar dressing etc...and see how it comes out...better than not logging it all
